Video footage of the Florida's own original "Sleeper" band from 1975-76, coupled with a recent instrumental recording of "Pictures of Home". A fitting background song for the video because Sleeper often opened performances with this tune (except, back in the day we did it with vocals of course). Alot of fun recreating the song 35 years later ... and it's still one of my favorite guitar solos of...

someone told me there's a girl out there ... with love in her eyes and flowers in her hair
It's good to see you made good use of my backing track drums, bass organs and piano, nice version and guitar playing!
Thank you! Great backing track work, I especially liked the bass work your mate did.
Great playing Jay!
Nice job , Jay .... Hope you are doing well ~

Great images, great performance. (love the Springer Spaniel, too.) ( o : --- : o )
beautiful cover of this great song that typifies led zepplin (light and heavy)
wow.. amazing instrumental
I have been looking for an instrumental of this for years to sing along to... awesome!
You want just the audio? What for if I may ask?
Thank You for posting this!!!!!!!
This is absolutely brilliant. GREAT tribute to the GREAT FELIX PAPPALARDI!!! You did the song justice.
@Thecaddad ... Thanks. I appreciate the insight & compliment.
I have always wondered who really played the classical guitar on the original track. with great appreciation and all due respect, it was not Eric. could have been you though, maybe John Renbourn? this is absolutely beautiful. and yes, great restraint and artistry shown in every aspect, including the visuals.
Agree - Clapton took credit for it, but it sounded more like either Janch or Renbourn
Wow Jay!!! You have captured the very essence and pathos of 'Can't Find My Way Home'. Your rendition evokes the same haunting feelings I had when I first heard Blind Faith do this song so many years ago. The acoustic and electric work compliment each other perfectly, not busy. Like you say it's not what you put in, it's what you leave out. Thanks for posting. The b&w video tells the story, cool. I hope you will post more of your music. This is some dang excellent guitar work!! Thanks, Bo
